Dual Mode Operation
The controller can operate using either motor Hall sensors or insensorless mode, providing additional flexibility when matching the controller with compatible brushless motors.
- With Hall Sensors: The controller provides smooth sine-wave motor control for quieter operation, smooth acceleration and efficient power delivery.
- Without Hall Sensors: The controller can operate in sensorless mode, allowing compatible motors to continue operating without functioning Hall sensors.
Phase Wire Matching:
The colours of the three motor phase wires do not necessarily need to match between the motor and controller. The self-learning process can identify the correct operating sequence.
Hall Sensor Wire Matching:
Different combinations of the Hall signal wires can also be corrected through the self-learning process.
Important: The motor Hall sensors must be functioning correctly, and the Hall positive and negative power wires must always be connected correctly.

Efficient Aluminium Cooling Case
The controller is housed inside a strong black anodised aluminium enclosure. The large external cooling fins increase the available surface area and help transfer heat away from the controller electronics during operation.
The anodised finish also provides a clean appearance and additional resistance against surface scratching and everyday wear.
